Hostreel.video creates AI-assisted promotional video reels for short-term rental listings based on the information, media, and preferences provided by the customer.
1. Service
We provide previews, scripts, edits, voiceover, music selection, and final MP4 exports according to the options purchased at checkout. Preview videos may include watermarks and reduced quality. Final videos are delivered through expiring download links.
2. Customer Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any listing URL, images, text, brand names, guest reviews, and other materials submitted to Hostreel.video. By using the service, you authorize us to process that content solely to create and deliver your videos.
3. Property Authority Declaration
Before generating a preview, you must confirm that you are the owner, manager, authorized representative, or otherwise have sufficient permission to use the listing, photos, text, reviews, and related property information submitted to Hostreel.video. You agree not to submit listings or media that you are not authorized to use, and you are responsible for any claim arising from unauthorized submission or use of that content.
4. Editing And Approval
After payment, you may review and edit the generated script once before rendering. You are responsible for checking spelling, property details, claims, prices, availability, and any legal or platform-specific requirements before confirming production.
5. Delivery
Rendering can take several minutes or longer depending on queue, provider availability, and media processing. We may email the download links when the files are ready. Download links may expire for security and storage control.
6. Third-Party Services
Hostreel.video may use third-party providers for payments, storage, email, scraping, artificial intelligence, text-to-speech, and video rendering. Their availability can affect processing times. Hostreel.video is not affiliated with Airbnb.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Hostreel.video to create misleading, illegal, infringing, discriminatory, harmful, or unauthorized content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
8. Payments
Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion, and other charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms of Service.
